Relating to work time limits in certain places of employment.

Abstract

Removes substantive language from definition of "workweek" for purposes of provisions governing overtime. Exempts employees who work in certain establishments where packing, sorting and processing of onions occurs from provisions that limit number of overtime hours that employee may work in single workweek.
